you should take a class at college for public speaking... you have great ideas? then speak them dont let anyone else get your credit.

everyone could involve in any field as long as he has the desire to.
it's no wrong to be a quier, but of course, to be a successful politicians, you might not be talkative but you must have great relationship with others, as many as you can..
