I have written to Joe Pa many times. I would send it to the PSU Athletic Department. After sending four requests - all with a self addressed stamped envelope - I got a nice 8x10 picture signed along with a nice business card signed. I will look for the card to get the address and I will forward it to you. Best time to send it to him is right after the football season. Now he is busy recruiting and working on the upcoming season. During the season he is busy for obvious reasons. He is hard to get but be persistant and polite and he will reply.

Here is a link I found, it will cost you around 10 bucks, but you can get a certain amount of celeb addresses and request autographs, worth the money if you really want the address.

I would recomend going to Beaver Stadium, he probibly wont autograph anything if you send him mail.
I wouldnt do that $10 thing to find him, that looks like a rip-off.
