diet and exersize and cute out soda, i lost like 50 pounds in i kid you not, 2-3 months, because i severly cute back my intake of food worked out 3 times a week and quit drinking soda pop

if you jog, or ride a bike everyday about 3 miles after ever meal then you could lose weight quicker , but it will take a while to lose that much weight, bucause your body needs protein, so when you lose weight you r body sucks out the protein as you work out, or you can jog 3 days a week, and go to the gym 4 days a week, but you need to go early, so you are out of there by 11, say about 7 at the latest

Drink lots of water even with meals.Eating one meal a day.No sweets,breads,or starches.Do not eat after 6'oclock.And stop when full and no seconds please.
