Definitely! Like many of the other answers so far, I'd agree that if it's clean, without hair, and when complimented by a nice, toned stomach, a guy's bellybutton is Very sexy.

In my opinion it doesn't really matter. It's not like a bellybutton fetish. But i also don't care whether a guy has an innie or an outie. Though i would be lieing if i didn't say that i find an innie bellybutton more attractive. But the belly button is not factored in when i think of how sexy a person is

Yeah, I think they can be sexy! Especially when accompanied with a happy trail or a toned body. Even if a guy's stomach isn't toned, it's still cute.
