you have to have chemistry, looks are also importent(hade to make sure i didn't put impotent) but as long as your happy, hey go for it

i went to the shoe store last eve. the cleck was hot - outstanding even. microskirt, great 'do and all. then I asked myself what would attract me to a shoe clerk - beyond her looks. i thought, every other old fart pants when he sees her too. yuk. i enjoyed the moment but i forgot her pretty quicky after I left.
looks are objective - what i see is what i get.
personality is subjective. it takes a lifetime to understand somone.
i didn't say 'know' someone - i said 'understand' someone, cause we can never really 'know' anyone - they always show us what they think we need to see at any time (one could arbitrarily pick just about any old person to devote their life to ... & chances are it would work out at about the same rate as if you picked someone by computer match).
people change over time - if they don't then they have finished 'growing' and they become boring - so matching is difficult too.
so what's left? i'd pick the One who shows confidence in herself # 1, then compassion # 2, then courage. everything else is icing. this will take a little time to discover so i'll need to invest that time.
YOU should reciprocate by looking for the same qualities in me.
and you should WANT me to be looking for those qualities in YOU - it shows that I have ideals.
if u r a true idealist then you should hold off for mr right. he may never come along, then u must decide to settle for second tier, or go it alone, or switch sides ;-) that doesn't always work either tho.
sleeping around is a sign that you have low self esteem.
conversely, if you have a high opinion of your self (but don't show it) then others will have a high opinion of you.
the world is full of people and other animals that need love.
o btw, i'm married since 82 and tethered since 71. guess which path i took :-)

Good looks is a an advertisement that catches your attention, but carrying on a conversation with a pair of breasts (or a lump of muscles) is pretty boring.
I would like a woman that was smart, and could carry on a good conversation--a good personality. But I have to admit that appearance might be the first thing that I look for.

I look for a nice butt and a confident personality. The girl has to be secure in herself i.e. high self esteem. I like athletic girls and as far as breasts go, if it's more than a handful, it's a waste :)

I would say both. Looks come first but when they get to know the girl a little, personality counts more.

first of all.. the guy will atracted to the look.. but after that he would know the personalitie.. then the look is desapear.. and in finall.. it refers to the personalitie of the guy...some guys like the fool pretty ones.. but some other..like the good pesonalitie or the clever girl..

I think it's both. They have to be attracted to you but you have to be able to keep them interested. Guys don't like boring, in the end it's the personality and how you guys relate.

Personality comes first and foremost. After that, eyes and smile, and then how proportionate the body is (like...a paris hilton figure with....D cups is NOT attractive...Paris Hilton is NOT hot).

theres a lot of shallow guys out there but not evry guy is like dat. personally i like a girl as beautiful as she is charming.

i like dey face and hair and eyes the most, i cant take a stuck up girl or a very shy. i like the ones in between
