My husband has finally accepted he's got to lose a little weight, so I convinced him to try some exercise videos. He's doesn't like them because they are to much like dancing and to fast paced for him. Any suggestions?

If he's looking for a video Power 90 with Tony Horton is a good choice http://www.fitness-web.com/fi/power-90/ . However he's going to need to start changing his diet as well. Eliminating the high sugar, sweets snacks and candy he may be eating is a good start. At the same time try to get him started on a good multi-vitamin, chances are after a few days he'll start to feel much better and have a lot more energy. If you can try to include some exercise you can do together, like a walking in the park after dinner or bike riding, the more dependant you are on each other to stay on track the more likely you are to stay with it and be successful.

It's not exciting and has been around forever but weight watchers http://www.weightwatchers.com is a great plan. They've gotten rid of a lot of the wierd foods they used to have and have plans that don't require you to weight foods or count points if you don't want to.

Some of my friends like to track their progress with things like online fitness journals http://www.fitnessjournal.org/ tracking thier progress is a great way to keep motivated. I'd also suggest taking some digital pictures of him as he's getting started. Then once a month take more pictures, if he can see results, he''s more likely to stick with it.

this is cool if this is unique, yet distinct the time this is purely something this is been finished earlier. Or this is 0.5 a large gesture, like he tried to do something particular to look cool yet became afraid to get too loopy. once you're going to do it, then do all of it the way! also, even as that is a large promposal in the front of a bunch of folk, I imagine that is distinct pressure to assert sure, this is unfair. maximum significantly, it relies upon on the man your asking's personality. would they extremely favor to be requested the way that you're taking under consideration? If no longer, then do not do it - you're in straight forward words questioning about your self(attempting to reveal off to human beings). i in my opinion would hate a public promposal, yet a own one faraway from human beings may be fantastic. do not pass severe if that individual would not like severe.

Hmnnn,
Exercise video doest really cut it. In fact, most of exercise videos is just for guidance.
Ask him to go for a swim, cross- country running, rock-climbing if he that serious!
Exercise video sounds 'lame' to me to begin with.

Watching videos is not exercise. He should get a bike or go to a gym.
