It honestly depends on what you eat, your liefstyle, how much you eat and a tiny bit depends on genetics.

Some people eat a lot of healthy foods, while others eat little, but it's unhealthy. Some people are more active than others.

And finally, some people have a higher metabolism which simply means that they can eat a lot and it will be turned into energy faster. This decreases as you get older which is why so many middle aged people start to get guts.

Metabolism has alot to do with it. All you can do is eat right and hope you dont gain weight. And an easy way to get the weight of is by jogging half a mile or so everday. Swimming will also help.

it's called a metabolism... it regulates how much fat you turn to energy to use it from what you're eating. correct exercise and diet...
