Sure, why not? If right-wingers can salute the flag after their president uses it for toilet paper, anything is tolerable.

Of course it is. It's the American Flag whether its made in USA, Thailand, China, or anywhere else. The American Flag represents more than the tag on the shipping package. To me, waving the American Flag is entirely based on the intent expressed. It's about living FREE from tyranny and any who oppose such. Who cares who made it - it's the American Flag-- your symbol of freedom! Wave it proud!

there is no such thing as an American flag, America is a continent and like all continents no flag represents her. It is likely that you mean a United Statesian flag, not the same thing by any stretch of the imagination. United Statesians are only 30% of Americans.

As far as were is the United Statesian flag made, IMO it doesn't matter after all it's just a piece of cloth, the only value it has is the one you attribute to it.

What really is patriotic. Isn't driving your car (made outside of America, being driving in America, because your for American roads and American road laws and whatnot) patriotic. Or isn't using your computer for doing an American activity (which was also probably made in a foriegn country) patriotic?

Wow, I hope you're kidding! If not, you're not too bright. What do you think, there are actually people sitting in factories sewing the flags? LOL!!! Have you even seen a modern US flag? It would be literally impossible to hand sew those.

It's not the year 1920, this is 2006. Use your brain people - they're made automatically by MACHINES in factories, not people!

If it concerns you that much, do you also boycott ALL products made in China? I doubt it, since there is such a flood of items. Our flag's design has meaning and history in and of itself. Who happens to manufacture it should be of little consequence. Revere the flag, and if the manufacturer bothers you, don't buy that particular product. Find one made in the USA.
