I've met a few of these types, and I've never taken kindly to posers. Cant stand the white suburb kids thinking they are straight up hard G's from the ghetto, and why would someone. I've met male/female alike who do this, and I'm sure they have no idea how dumb they present themselves. And whats funny, is the real G's, the real hood guys would probably beat the living snot out of them. That's something I'd pay to watch.

I think it's no different than when a person wears the latest style (like the hideous wife beater tee) or the hot new shoes or haircut. It's no different than black women putting chemicals in their hair to straighten or relax the curl or white women doing the same for the opposite reasons....hair color...color contacts...etc.
It's just people imitating something they find some type of value in or that they admire. I think it's okay that the white guy admires the black one. Looks like progress to me.

i just re-read the answers.. looks like most folks who answered have a low opinion of blacks.
I'm amending my answer to say that ANYONE who doesn't speak correct English is learning-deficiant and has low self esteem.
Having said that, I know many blacks - and whites - who speak English very well, however I know few blacks - or whites - who speak English poorly ...
... that's because I choose not to associate with people who don't try to 'better' themselves.
I discriminate, but not based on race - just creed.
