I don't think so. I think of that Gino's Roast Beef in Philadelphia whose owner is of Italian descent and has a sign that reads. Speak English, This is America. Then again- I live in San Antonio, TX there's not much of an Italian community. In all honestly I think Italians probably feel closer to Anglos than Mexicans because Italians for the most part are Americanized and belong to the cultural mainstream, where as Mexicans get more xenophobic press- often ridiculed as illlegals, more derogatory terms are applied to them etc. Too other wise find out, go to an Italian neighborhood and conduct a poll to see how many Americans of Italian descent are in favor of building a barrier between U.S. and Mexico.
