Mix a cup of baking soda and 2 T. of cornstarch in a container with a short-handled blush brush. After your shower, brush it on. Since you're still a little moist, it doesn't have a problem sticking.

You can also try this:

1/4 cup baking soda (for odor)
1/4 cup baby powder (for pleasant scent)
1/16 cup corn starch ( for dryness)
