my landlord has rasied my rent 100.00, and i am wondering about that, i was told my rent could not be raised more than 5% of my rent now, does anyone know where i can find out information about this, it is for the state of Maryland,

Unless you have something in writing from the landlord about increaces not much you can do except talk to them and ask why ,and see if you can negosiate something that works for you .
