while those features do tend to be more common with a certain race than another, or are stereotypical, It cant be said that EVERYONE with a certain shape nose, and eyes, and hair color is the same race.
true, if a segregated community never reproduced with anyone outside of their race, then yes, they would have simmilar characteristics.
but, since races have reproduced with a vast amount of mixes of races, it is hard to determine race due to physical features.
features also adapt to their environment, so if a white irish guy was to live and reproduce in the african sun, the skin of his offspring, and their children, and every generation to come, would get significantly darker, until they were "black"
the same can be said of other features

No, a persons race may determine the hair, nose, eye color, etc of that person though.

People always say that they can tell someone's race just by looking at them. But that is crap. Race is a social construct placed on people. Race is normally a derogatory term or a color. Black or White is a race. Scottish, Irish, Nigerian, Mexican, Pakistani, those are ethnicities.
Scientists could probably determine someone's ethnicity just by looking at them. Everyone else though, is a liar. I have gotten Filippino, European, Italian, German, Irish, French, bi-racial, everything but what I really am. Mexican-American.

No...no..no. If you bleed red... it determines the human race. Face and skin color is surface... look beyond... who is pure anymore? What do you have direct pureblood line from God? You bleed green like Aliens? Whats up and what is wrong with people anymore?

not really, it just tells what is a part of your make-up or DNA. There are a lot of mixed races out there, but people seem to think that anything mixed with "black" is black. Not so it depends on the stronger gene I believe. but mostly technically mixed races are refered to as "mullato".
