I believe that Tupac is dead; and if he isn't than he doesn't want to be bothered. Close enough.
When celebrities die, or even if they fake their deaths, why can't the media and public just leave well enough alone?

dead....lots of people records TONS of songs while they are making albums but the songs don't end up getting put onto the original CD's so sometimes artists use them later.
