Interesting question. Inuyasha's sword doesn't work on humans, right? So, Elle might have a sliver of an advantage when it comes to skill with a sword. But, Inuyasha would still win, because he's 100x tougher then her. Now, if the fight took place during a new moon....

Inuyasha!!! Hands down! Elle driver would loose because she's only a human and can get tired faster, but where Inuyasha fits in he is a half-breed and wouldn't get tired so easliy. Even if he does he will continue to fight eventhough he's loosing lot's of blood. ^.^
