Send them this e-mail:

Dear Bulldog Broadband,

Ever since I've been a customer with you I've experienced so many problems it's painful.

[List all the problems]

Because of all the aforementioned problems I am now seeking compensation for such a shoddy service.

I would like [now either request a certain amount off you next bill or request for a certain amount of money to be paid to you].

If you fail to agree to my requests as above, I will contact my various friends within the Media industry and also my Solicitor and take further action.

Kindest Regards,
[Your name]

oooohhh...dont start me on bulldog - bunch of bastards!!!

We had endles problems, said we could have one service, we paid for it, turned out they were giving us a lesser service, tried to sort it out, ages hanging on phone, complaint letters ignored, watchdog involved, still didnt refund us the difference between the two services. Finally spoke to a manager who agreed to terminate contract as they hadnt provided us the service they had promised, and now 5 months later we are getting threatening letters from them.

they are the most useless company I have ever dealt with, never speak to same person, they dont keep records of phone conversations, so you have to explain everything every time you ring, half of them dont speak english, they hung up on us when they couldnt answer questions, the list goes on and on.

In the end, we just rang BT, told them we wanted to use them, they switched us over and weve had fine service from them.

The best of British luck to you! I sympathise!

Ask my son as he works for a company (outsourced) which deal with it and he has no end of probs with the EU (end user).

Sad to say - my boy has to take the flak from irate customers - just as I do 50 yards from him, where I work for the BT Broadband!

My word is this - all of them are pathetic!
