Clarins cosmetics has a product that helps with this, and I've used it and it really does work. It probably won't get rid of stretch marks altogether, but . . . if you're wanting to cover some stretch marks for a fancy dress or a swimming suit, some such thing, there are two products that work extremely well.
The best product is called Exuvience. It is a covering cosmetic that covers tattoes as if you never had them. It is waterproof and fairly cheap; $15 for a tub. You can get this at malls with cosmetics counters -- it's its own product line, but it may be stored in with another counter's products. I believe the other product is called Derma Blend. This is also very good, but more expensive. These two products are AWESOME for covering stuff, including scars, uneven blotches on the skin, tattoes, etc.
Good luck!

If they are shiny red (new), then Mederma may help fade them somewhat. If they are white (old), then there is not much else to do but grin and bear them!
