He may have not been intentionally biased, but damn it shows how dumb FIFA are when they do things like this, it would be the same as putting an Indian ref in charge of a match between Sri Lanka and Pakistan, altho by saying this im am not stating that they would definately be biased. It just increases the likelyhood of it.

For a blind man thats well put. There is only one foul that can never be in dispute, that of shirtpulling. Rooney was clearly having his shirt pulled. Had the ref blown and awarded England a free kick like he should have done perhaps the Portuges player would not have dived under Rooneys foot.

I think Elizondo did a great job, and was quite balanced throughout the match. He correctly sent Rooney off because of his incidental stamping on the portuguese keeper's testicles and then shoved Cristiano Ronaldo.

He is definitely NOT. What makes you say that, just because he sent off the great Rooney?? I dont think so. Stop looking for other factors to blame on England's defeat. England are just not good enough and they dont deserve to win the World Cup

No, he was not. He gave the same amount of yellow cards to England that he gave to Portugal, and he called 10 fouls in your favor.
