The best way to be is yourself. Answer any questions they have for you with honesty and integrity. If you can, try and look your interviewer in the eye...it will prove that you are confident. Take a deep breath, and go in there with a smile! :)

Good luck!

First off RELAX. Just answer the questions to the best of your ability. Remember; you are there to sell yourself, answer all questions to the best of your ability. Develop a 30 second to 1 minute introduction that explains what you have done in your life to this point and also why you want to work for this company. At the end of the interview, express that you really feel that you are the perfect fit for this job and ask for the position. Remember to get the persons phone number and ask if you can call back to check on the position. You'll do fine! Just RELAX and be yourself!!!

Calm down! Lol. It's an interview and if it's your first job they are going to expect you to be nervous. Just take a deep breath and go for it. Don't worry if you got called in you probably already have the job if it is a starting position. Have alittle confidence and show them your style. Dressing nice is a must though. Sunday best and go. Don't forget to smile and be polite. That means eye contact and good posture lol. Try talking your self up alittle too. Can't hurt. Everybody gets nervous the first time so don't think that your alone with this.

As a manager that does interviews, I would suggest that you just follow easy steps:
1. DONT bite your nails, or twirl your hair....it's distracting
2. THINK before you give an answer, don't just blurt out something quickly as it may come out sounding stupid.
3. Smile and offer your hand to shake when you meet your interviewer and say hello.
one word, easy enough?
4. Always remember to say yes sir, no m'am, etc. Manners are a plus!
Good Luck and if you don't get the job review the interview in your mind for pointers on your next interview. Hope you get the job!

Just relax and stay calm! I am a very shy person too, so whenever i have an interview it always helps if I just tell myself what I am there for. 'Im not here to impress anyone else but the person who is interviewing me'. All there going to do is ask you a few questions. Its realy not as bad as ur making it seem! =)

As long as you relax and stay focused on what ur there for-(to get the job). Then evry thing will go great!!

Good Luck!!~** and best wishes!!....

hey, i'm 16 and I started a job about two weeks ago. When they're talking to you look them in the eye, don't fidget with you fingers or anything, and be honest. If they ask you if you have any questions don't say no, ask something like - what kind of work would I be doing? - or - do you like it here? - or - Are you gonna train me or do I just start working? - something to that effect. Good luck! I'm sure you will do fine! And remember to just have fun!

Just dress smart, and be yourself. They may ask why you want to work with them, tell them cuz u want to contribute your skills and talents to their company don't tell them its cuz you need some extra cash, they may also ask for your weaknesses, now don't give them your life history of mistakes, just say something slightly understanding. Also be polite and mannered and remember to ask questions at the end of the interview, this shows your interested in the job and the company. also check in google for interview tips. Hope this helps. Best of luck my dear.

Calm down. Let them do most of the talking and asking. That will be a lot easier for you.

Listen to what they want and be sure to tell them why you want the job, and why they want YOU.

Be honest, don't tell them anything you don't need to, and you will be fine.

Take a deep breath and good luck!

Answer the questions they ask, briefly in a friendly manner, but only eleborate if they ask you to. You will reveal more things you don't want them to know by being chatty. It's ok if you are nervous, everybody is the first time.

Don't worry about it you'll just pass if you are confident in yourself enough. They are just gonna ask you how ol are you, how many hours would you like to work if you are hired, part-time or full-time. All these kind of questions. they are not difficult.
