Well, I would suggest that you take a shower after you run. One, because if you take one before you run, you are just getting sweaty and gross all over again and it wouldnt have made a difference. Two, because after you run yuo always want to feel refreshed. And if I went to bed after running without taking a shower, i would feel very uncomfortable and my body would be gross. Hope I have helped you! Have a wonderful day!

everyone knows the best time to have a shower is after u work out or jog or walk . ur body is all heated up by that time. so when u come back rest for a while and then go for a shower. but try and avoid a cold shower as u might end up with cramps in ur body. so wait for like 5mts or so and then go for ur shower.

you should always take a shower after you exercise or you'll end up leaving a lot of bacteria on your body, give yourself a few minutes to cool down and drink water then take that shower. make sure to wash your face with some facial cleaner too. You can break out if you leave the sweat on your body.

I don't think I could stand it if I didn't take a shower after exercise.
I take a shower after working in my flower garden, and sometime I go back out after I am rested up and work some more, so I take
another shower. It has never hurt me!

use common sense...that's if you have any. Why would you take a shower before you run if your gonna go get all hot and sweaty. Come in from running and cool off and then take a shower!

Right after you get done running, sit down and relax for a few minutes, then take a shower. It would be pointless to take one before running.

Make sure you are fully cooled down from your run, then take a warm shower. DON'T take a cool/cold shower, this can stress your heart. "Bad for the nerves" is one of those old wives tales.

Your mom is an idiot then. Showers relieve the muscles that have worked. The sweat also gets off you. If you take one before, it rejolts you with energy and you are relaxed and can do anything.

Remember. Stretch before and after you work out.

after you run, do a cool down walk or something and then take a shower. That way you won't get over-heated or anything. It would be useless to take one before you run cuz you'll be all sweaty afterwards.

You are sweaty after, It refreshes the skin, and makes you feel so much better with a nice cool shower>
