Do you want to marry her? Or do you just want to sample the wares. My thought is that you need to pay attention to what your culture's custom is regarding a woman and her sexual experience. Is it acceptable for her to not be a virgin at marriage? If you're not doing any damage to her future, and if you live outside the US, then there should be not problem. If in fact you live in the US of A, then you should stay as far away from your cousin as possible, and find a woman to whom you're not closely related with which to have a physical encounter.
