No. The flow is not fast enough to really get all over things, and orgasms relieve cramps. Obviously, you'd need to be careful about staining whatever surface you are on.

sure you can , just wash you hands or do it in the shower, the only two problems you'll get are messy hand and maybe a heavier flow due to the fact that you muscles are relaxed afterwords. pros, no more cramps and sexual gratification !!!!!
