ok i'm 14 170 pnds. about 5'8" and i use h.i.t twice a week per body part. however i do this along with high volume and high frequency. this is the opposite of what h.i.t is supposed to be. however i've seen good results with this and have continued to do so. another thing for me is the gym is like a second home if i'm not training i'm wanting too. the question is. is h.i.t. gonna stop giving the results it has or will this continue?

I suggest if it is working, keep up with it. Eventually it wil not. Find something that will as soon as you can. Once you lose the momentum, it will be hard to get back.

Whatever your workout pattern is you want to stay within the two extremes. If you over train you might not see results because your muscles are not getting the proper rest time. If you try to compensate for that adding massive amounts of protein to your diet you might damage your internal organs. People often forget that not just your muscles are at work when working out, and not just your muscles are affected by protein intake. Extra protein is a good thing, but be aware of moderation. Also bear in mind that too much weight training will stunt your overall body growth( you are 14). It might take a lot to get to that point but be aware of that fact.
To answer the question you asked if it is working I would continue until it plateaus out. Then I would look for something different.
