I love to wear skirts. I'm looking for skirts and blouses to wear to the office. I'm tired of Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, J Crew. Can anyone refer me to a website or store that would sell skirts. I'm particularly looking for a skirt with a split on the side or a split going up to mid-thigh. Any recommendations?

Have you looked at LandsEnd.com?

Well, I could spend all day shopping for you... :) So, I have this suggestion:

Go to www.MSN.com.
Click on "Shopping".
Click on "Clothing and Shoes".
Click on "Women's Clothing".

At that point, you have a choice of Dresses, Skirt Sets, Skirts. I recommend "Skirts". ("Skirt Sets" didn't offer much.)

At that point, you have choices to shop by Style, Material, Brand, Price, Seller. At the bottom of the sample list offered is the word "more" -- click on it for a complete list.

I went through A-line Style and some of the Brands. But it's best you look. I was specifically looking for a "slit", but there were a number of skirts that might interest you.

I couldn't tell if this had a slit -- looks like it in the photo, but it's not mentioned in the description:

This is a seersucker, front-button skirt. You could leave a few extra buttons open in front. Comes in blue, pink. Shows a camp shirt that might look great with it. Seersucker's great for summer.

Hope this helps you.

Have fun shopping!

Hi!! I am 13 and love skirts also. Well, I would love to help you. Okay, there are a couple of stores you should try. First is Nordstroms. They have adorable skirts and super cute blouses for working and enjoying a day shopping. Another store is Saks. the skirts wioll catch your eye and wont let you look away, and than you will feel you will have to buy it. They're professional and also glamorous all in one. My final suggestion would be JcPenneys. They have everything you need. I hope I have helped you. Please tell me if you have found anythign to your interest with the sites I have given you. Good Luck. I love all those stores too, and they are the staple of my wardrobe. When I want something sexy or new, I go to www.victoriassecret.com, or www.newport-news.com. they're actually owned by the same company. Newport News is a bit cheaper, but Victorias Secret is having their semi annual sale now, and free shipping of $100 or more. They're stuff is great.
