Well no it still shouldn't be a big deal. If he is a close relative you aren't going to be allowed to really have a relationship with him, so what's the point? Enjoy being family members and leave the sexual, emotional relationships between you and your boyfriend.

Well if you truly do like him then you should stay with him and just because another person likes you doesn't mean you have to acknowledge the fact they like you. but if you don't want to hurt any one then just calmly talk to the person you don't want to stay with and say sorry and tell them your true feelings about the situation

I have some great advice. Stay in school....talk to your english teacher first thing in the morning and tell them you need help with spelling.
