I have to add power steering fluid every 3 days and there is smoke coming from under the hood every time that i make sharp turns.

if you have tools, this is a simple repair. it's most likely the pressure hose coming from the pwr steering unit. find out which hose it is, get new one and install. when installing new one, make sure to get the threads mated correctly.
other than that...you may want to tell the folks here at yahoo answers your LOCATION..........

Try here if you don't want to, or can't, fix this yourself. I suggest fixing this soon. The smoke is from the power steering fluid hitting your exhaust. If it starts to burn, a different car will cost more than the repair.
