Hmm this is what sounds good to me:
1. Tacos with a side of spanish rice
2. Beef enchaladas with salad
3. Spagheti with sauce & meatballs
4. Pizza
Or if you want something more healthy:
1. Fish with a side of steamed vegetables
2. Chicken wraps- Grill lean white chicken strips w/ onion-then at the last second sprinkle some cheese on top so it melts & put it in a whole wheat tortilla. Dip in salsa
3. Soup & Salad
Try to eat your dinner 2-3 hours before bed, this way your food has had time to digest, so you sleep better.

Have yourself a light meal. Go for mixed greens with toasted garlic bread and some lemon ice tea for drinks. Great when watching romance movies.
