Question for current or past McDonalds Employees?

What is the best way to get fired from McDonalds...i work at a very busy one and i wanted to know the best way to get fired (like disrupt the resturaunt, drivethrough, etc.) and not get arrested haha...theyve been as*holes to me so they diserve what they get.....please let me know your opinions.......

i already have a job, this is my second.....haha

Every boss you ever have will have qualities that you dislike. Whatever you do, it will come back in the future. If you resign with class, it will account for something for the next job (and the next, and the next)...

If you act like a punk in order to get fired, you will convince everyone around you that the issues you had at work were really all about you.

It's not likely that McDoanlds will fire you for any reason. You would have to pretty bad. I was at McDoanlds for some 4 years and I only heard of 1 person getting fired.
And then it was because he came in drunk. He is now manager! Of the same store no less.

Try transferring to a another store. Just make up some excuse about it being to busy orsomething.

A therapist received't contact the police if you're no longer at homestead. they'd inspire you to envision with the police, etc. What i'd do if I were you is verify with your therapist about it and say, "In a hypothetical difficulty, if I advised you A, would you're able to rfile it?" The therapist will be required to inform you what issues they could rfile. it really is significant that you may have a probability-free position, so see you later as you aren't any more in prompt danger they are there to pay interest.

well i worked at Maccas in Australia and i simply quit.. because if you trash the place to get fired when future employers call your old boss they gonna give you a bad review and youll have trouble getting another job.. a polite resignation letter never goes astray though, thell them the reason your quitting without getting rude... dont let 1 job ruin your employment future..

my resignation letter simply said that i was leaving becasue *insert managers name* was impossible to work with and was always blah blah blah... turns out they fired her becasue after i quit 10 people followed my lead

Be a man... and quit.

McDonalds is a great training ground. People can be, as you put it "a-s-s-H-o-l-e-s".... But it's like that in all of bussiness.

At the end of the day... when you give them an honest day's work (which I'm guessing you never have)... and they give you your paycheck YOU are square.

I think if you'd tell us how... they were treating you poorly... I could identify for you WHAT you're doing wrong.

Make as many mistakes as possible(switching orders around, burning food, dropping things). Act like you didn't mean it. Or you could just quit.

Why get fired? It'll look bad on your next job application. Go out and look for another job you like, then just quit!!!

be the BEST burger flipper for like 2 weeks then quit...maybe they will offer you a little bit more..... and make it worth your while.. but end on a good note because it will help you get into in n out or jack in the box easier with your experience

put 1000 ketchup packets all over the floor and then invite all your friends in and stomp on them. leave them a nice mustard note on the wall in the end.
