ok im 19, petite, small chested(just an a), body figures like an hourglass. i need my body to look well proportioned. i dont know what clothes will do the job. college for me is starting soon. can u give me some suggestions?

I'm small too and I find that skinny jeans and flats are cute with tuni tops. Camis and shrugs with dark jeans slim you. Foldover yoga pants (So Low, Hardtail, Victoria's Secret) with racerback tanks. Longer jeans and heels are cute. Short skirts with tees and henleys. Short shorts (bermuda is NOT good on a petite). Baby doll tops (enhances bust) and strapless summer dresses (casual). Polos, track jackets (juicy couture).
The possibilitites are endless!
Good luck and have fun. Remember, if you like it - its right and comfort is key. Uncomfortable = BAD!

Nothing will make you look like you have a bigger chest so just go with it and show it off. There are things with having a bigger chest I cant wear without looking kind of stripperish. V necks will look really good on you and look for something that excentuates your small waist. Pants should be fitted but not too tight. I have an hourglass too. Never wear baby dolls or tunics, it will make you look dumpy. Always show off your waist by a belt or tight t-shirt/top. Lucky magazine put out a book on dressing right, it was good, maybe you can find it out there.

Wear tops that have some detail or pockets at your bust area because that will make you seem fuller. Don't wear clothes that are too big or too loose or too long.

Dark wash jeans are flattering, but no bleach spots/rips becaue they make your legs look shorter.

Jeans and maybe a halter top if your shoulders do not have that much bone in them shoulders
