That depends on how you feel towards homosexuality, because if a guy is wearing a dress and nail polish, and he's not doing it for any particular reason, he is 100% take-it-up-the-*** GAY. If he's doing it for some reason, like a play, dare, etc, then there's only an 80% chance he's gay.

if he's just playin around as a joke or somethin but otherwise i say that's weird. the dress definitely no the nail polish if it's not like pink cuz i know some guys paint their nails like black or somethin

as long as the guy feel confortable the clothing, it's okay. he should be able to wear what ever he likes and express his individuality as a person.
