Your local home supply stores (Lowes and Home Depot, for example) have parts for a wide variety of cabinet/drawers. If you are too far away from one of these stores, you can try an online supplier, like Rockler.

I just fixed a drawer last week and the plastic is not good. i went to home depot and got metal drawer glides, they are better, get the ones that are about the same lengtht as the the drawer not longer they mount on the sides and work great
