What is the normal weight for a 5'2'' female who is 19? I was at 140 a couple weeks ago and figured I needed to lose weight. I've lost 5 pounds and I'm not particularly happy with where I'm at. I know 130 is technically "healthy" but is 135, my current platue, reasonable?

5'2 Small frame should be 108 - 121 Medium Frame- 118 - 132 Large Frame-128 - 143

So if you are a large frame, then you are techincally healthy. Your 19, get out and run, go to the gym and exercise while meeting some new guys! Enjoy life and stop worrying about your weight, stress actually causes fat buildup!

What I've always heard (for women) 100 lbs. for 5 ft., and 5 lbs. for each additional inch, so if you follow that rule, it would be 110 for you. I'm 5' 2'' myself, and weigh 105 and I have people who think I'm underweight.

I'm sure you look fine.
