♡First of all, Congratulations! *Omedetou gozaimasu!*
I'm not sure if you mean benefits in Japan or...? And I'm not sure if these are the types of 'benefits' you mean but in my case... spouse of a Japanese national/ spousal visa. I received a 'hokensho' card, *health insurance card.

It's good for your doctor visits, health check ups...
I am also entitled to recieve a 'pension' in Japan. (Retirement benefits like Social Security.)

☆Once married, your husband should register your marriage on his family register/registry, 'koseki'. If such events are not recorded in the koseki, they are not officially acknowledged by the Japanese government and you may not be entitled to benefits.☆
If you have other questions, you can call the immigration office nearest you (they speak English and Japanese):

or your city office and inquire at the desk where you got your alien registration card. They will most likely have someone who speaks English there and they will be able to give you correct answers.
~I may have missed something, it's late and I'm sleepy but I hope these are the types of things you were referring to? Sorry in advance if not! Perhaps other wives/husbands of Japanese nationals will answer as well...♡
☆Please note: your Japanese hubby will have "to arrange/sign up" for these benefits for you once you're married. My 'hokensho' is done through my hubby's office, 'pension' through the City office.

Conglats. However there is no benefits for immigrants.

US need immigrants every year.
But Japan is not immigrant country. more than 98% of population is Japanese.

However, there are some aids for new families.

eg.
Cash contribution for marriage
Aid for rent for new marriage couple

and
If your husband join the health insurance.
Cash contribution for baby

It depends on where you live in Japan. (I wonder if you live in Japan)
Let your Japanese family to ask local municipal government.
