he has 2 more years- this allows for a vice president to serve out the end of a dead presidents term and still be elected twice on his own, so if he was a vice pres next ,he could be pres for 2 years, but he can't be elected pres agin

No, Thank God.
He was already impeached once that was for perjury, however there were stupid people who felt that the President was above the law when it comes to perjury. Clinton did not do the right thing by stepping down when he was impeached, unlike Nixon. BTW, Clinton was the one who stated that Nixon should step down if he were impeached, but he couldn't follow his own advice. Great guy.. don't you think? (Yes that is sarcasm, Clinton is not someone who should be President ever again)

BUT............ not directly by being elected by the people........unless an amendment is added to the constitution.............now Adas the only way he can do it is ..by running as bi president and if the elected president passed away while in office ...Mr Clinton as bipresinden would became president again and nobody could stop him from being the president again!!!!not even the Republicans!!! soooo there is hope at least that way!!!!

The ammendment says he can't run more than twice in a roll (8yrs) but he can let another run then re-run again by law. So, yes he could but they don't normaly try to. In otherwords after 8 years he would have to leave and wait 4 years to run again. We need him to run again. I love the man!

No. The 22nd Amendment of the Constitution forbids it.

under the constitution, they can only serve the two terms. once they do that they can no longer run again, unless its amended in the constitution. they can run many times if they don't win, but once in office they get two terms and thats it.
