It's all an act. Why do you think they changed their name to WWE? The E is for entertainment, since they have made it into a soap opera and comedy. True professional wrestling hasn't been around since the 1950's.

Some is acting but a lot of it has to be real, you can't fake a chair on the head with a live audience watching unless you're a magician or an illusionest.

yes wrestling is fake. It is Entertainment. Yes they get hurt. yes they need to take time off due to injuries. but it is all very well scripted. The chairs are made of very flexible materials. and the tables are very breakable. try hitting your self with a yard stick. that is what it feels like. it will break when it hits you over the head but it isnt that bad.

nah. it's not true. if it's true, then someone should have already died on the spot. they have techniques that make things look like they're real (like throwing punches, elbows, and other maneuvering techniques). everything is an act - it's actually like a soap opera to me. :)

I heard they just act, but on the Ultimate Fighters it's the real deal.

if you watch it you can figure it out that it is not true they do have to learn a lot though so that nobody does really get hurt but yes people have died by mistakes happening for one example Owen Heart

It's staged and a little more and more all the time, still due to the high impact these people do still get hurt.

sorry dude, it;s fake. but give them credit, it is a big rehearsed fight with the wrestlers acting as if they were being in pain. maybe they should be nominated for an accademy award or grammy, or what ever it's.
