stretching.
also, watching what you eat:
eliminate candies, sodas, junk food: it all goes straight to your thighs & stomach.

none require weights or machines. but they do require work. fat doesn't just magically melt away without working. unless you want surgery.

Please try it its way good than other stuffs.
