If I have a discomfort after I urinate, is that a problem?

When I go to the restroom..right after I finish urinating I get this stinging feeling in my lower stomach and I have a pump on my vaginal area, what problem am I having?

yes you have a problem. probably a urinary tract infection. you need to get an antibiotic.
