They say that walking's the ultimate exercise. I would think it would be the best calorie/time ratio. However, anything on the aerobic end of exercise, is going to burn a lot of calories, and can actually be fun.

Aerobics. Or like country boy said, baling hay, just think of it, that's a perfect exercise, plus you get somewhat fresh air and a lot of sunshine. Ahhhh, Mother Nature. It's the country life for me . . . .

My guess would be running -- although using an elliptical trainer actually burns more while exercisers report feeling like they're exerting less energy--and it's better for your joints!

To be completely honest....Sex...intercourse. You sweat alot if your really working hard, sweating burns calories. And its an activity you can enjoy doing..lol..what do you got to loose???!?!

climb at least 5 floors at a running speed this does not take time & gives great results in short time.caution : start slow & then increase speed.

probably running or swimming. You have to have that heart rate up, up, up which means nearly out of breath and sweating!!
