Of course you can create a spark. Haven't you ever played that game where you rub your shoes on the carpet and then touch the arm of an oblivious coworker? It makes for some great fun, or maybe I'm just immature.

yes static electricity will create a spark on human body. we all know that static electricity will create a spark because if two things are always on contact it will create a spark. Too much friction will create a spark.Remember that our body has different kinds of energy.

Yes static electricity can be come so powerful that a visible spark can be seen. In order to create such a spark there are two weather related factors. One is the temperature; two is the humidity. It is much easier to create a spark when the temperature is cold and the relative humitiy is very low.

Yes it can. Happens all the time.
But do not confuse power with voltage.
To get a spark the voltage has to be high enough to break down the air to create ions (this is easier in humid air). But there is very little energy involved. So the sparks are benign.

absolutley, do it in the dark. static electricity is an unbalance of protons and electrons, and when too many electrons build up the y need to discharge to become more balanced, equal protons and electrons. static electricity is simply electricity. lighting is static electricity on a larger scale. relative humidity does effect it also. if the air is dry the electrons have a more difficult time passing freely through the air. more humidity less resistance.

Yes and yes. You can actually see this when it happens in the dark. Regarding the relative humidity, when I lived in a very dry climate and the humidity was at its lowest, I was constantly getting "shocked" on car doors, carpet, etc. You can also see this a lot in the winter while running heaters that decrease the humidity drastically.
