Why are today's 'so called' men getting more and more effeminate while women are becoming more masculine?

This is being pushed by the media, movies, TV and novels along with the news reporting favorably about homosexuality and alternate life styles. Men are are to look like morons and kids have to tell dad how it is in the movies all the time. Woman's lib went too far and want to dominate the world. They don't want equality, they want dominance. Be an individual and think for yourself.

Because some women thought it would be a good idea to become masculine. Those were probably the women who never felt like they fit in with other women, so they rallied together and began the feminist movement. These women, motivated by their sense of inability to identify with normal women, wrote books and persuaded other women that femininity was an unnatural state. Women embodied these ideas, lost their femininty, and men, who needed mates, became feminine because the feminists decided that that is what women should want. This didn't happen as much in most of Asia, and that's why the women here are still very feminine usually. And that's why 90% still look damn hot, whereas in the States and wherever feminism reigns, the majority of women are butt ugly.

Depends on what you call effeminate. DH helps around the house, cooks, and has always helped with our son. He also does woodworking and is a computer programmer. I don't see the problem unless you've got issues. It's called being a good person. And you'll find as you get older that most women prefer men who are like this.

That's your personal impression, "Adolf". Just because modern society is slowly trying to achieve more equality between men and women does not mean that the genders are losing the qualities that make them unique.
Last time I checked, women were still having periods, breasts, pregnancies.

We should not be afraid of change. I think it's great that so many women are taking careers and political positions, while many of us men are learning to become great cooks while keeping our jobs at the same time. It's time to have true equality. Everybody has to work, everybody has to help in the household.
Plus, some of these changes are great...I love women that are interested in football (soccer), for example...

women want control of their own lives an power and tired of women's wages when men can do same job and get paid for more.. men are tired of being so so responsible for all things the man makes the most money the man has to pay for wife and kids the man is suppose to be king lord of the house all heavy things they want to be at ease and want not to work so hard and have heavy things on their minds.. they need nurturing more and always will.. in old day is was unheard of for a man to cry but now we can let it be open as they are human too but in old days it was sign of weakness so things are changing all humans want to be nurtured and be able to chose their wages an life.

It depends on what you consider to be masculine or feminine. Are you put off by men who are gentle and nurturing and who do their fair share of the housework? Are you put off by women who are assertive, ambitious, and don't take any B.S.? Why should people be limited by others' notions of how they're supposed to act?
