Stuck Badly On A Diner Dash Level! Please Help!?

I've been playing level 8 in the Tiki Palace of Flo's Career for weeks now and just cann't get to the goal. I cannot keep the customers happy enough no matter what tricks or chains I try. I've looked at all the online hints and tried to no avail. I always end up losing 4 or more tables. Any advice is welcome. Damn business women.... grrrr.....

look for the pattern of the people that come in an try an work it around them, usually they all come in the sequence so if you learn it it usually helps, hope it works
