after i quit my job, i am supposed to get paid for unused vacation time. my boss said it would get mailed (i usually got direct deposit).
she said it was mailed last friday (over a week ago) and i still havn't gotten it.
is it possible that they are holding it to pi$$ me off?? if so, how long can they do this before i legally can get my check?

You should have received it already. Call them and talk to them. I push comes to shove you might need to go to labour board.

Whenever they want to give it to you. When I stopped working @ stupid Comcast, they took a whole month to send me my money and it all came separately.
