No. USB uses a very low amount of voltage (3.3v I think) and cannot "receive" power.
The better way to go is to use what is called a power inverter. Useful and slightly expensive.

DO NOT connect any power source to a usb port. Power doesn't go in that way, and you are likely to burn out something.

it is possible that some type of car supplies 12volts DC power connector. so I think your computer maybe available to use the power connector if only your computer power requirement match with 12volts.

There are connectors that plug into you dashboard and then can plug into your laptop.
They also have inverters that convert your 12 volt DC into 120 volt AC, then you can plug in whatever you want.
