Dear John, You probably haven't showered, shaved, changed clothes or gotten a hair cut in ages. Go out and buy a couple pair of cargo shorts, some new shirts and a cool pair of sandals. Get some gel for your hair. Take two showers a day. Look sharp, be sharp. Show some confidence and smile like you owned the world and everything in it.

Low self esteem may be the problem.
Try working on your appearance. Get a hair cut, work out, eat healthier, buy new clothes. All these things will make you like yourself more, in turn others will be more attracted to you. Respect yourself. If you do, this will make you shine! In no time after you do some self improvement, you see a difference in how others react to you.

If it is a specific girl and you mean get her to date you, it may just mean she doesn't like you that way. That doesn't mean she doesn't like you. I'm sure that there is someone you know who would kill to go out with you but you wouldn't even consider it. They wonder why they can't "get" you, too. It takes time to find someone who you like and likes you the same way. Girls feel the same way about guys. Make sure she knows you want to "get" her first and if that doesn't work look elsewhere.

If you are asking why you cannot have a female child, that is dictated by chromosomes.
If you are asking why you cannot find a girlfriend, it is because you don't look nice, don't act nice, are impolite, do not bathe, or your standards are too high. Try being yourself and practice good grooming, practice being polite and friendly.
