Probably not a lot of them. I worked in the field for many years - most projects took up MORE than 40 hours a week, not less. And since it's pretty standard for people to want projects completed yesterday, not likely to find a lot of people who are willing to have part-time project management.

That said, sometimes a small business who needs something done will hire someone part-time to do their project - often someone working this as a side job. But then you're usually not just project manager, you're a one-person project team and do the implementation work as well as the project management.
