I live around there, but i dun really go there, for the bad reputation. I only go the super market there, then leave. Humm lots of cheap stuff there and lots of food also, u can go there explore if u are a guy ;)

Spelled as Geylang. You can find many cheap and great tasting food there. It is also well-known for the prostitutes working in little houses with red lanterns hanging outside....
I'm a gal, so I only like it for its food... Haha!

geylang has some of the best local food stalls like claypot rice, timsum, crab beehoon, soya bean drink etc
