I have had extremely good luck with Memory4Less. I will tell you to be careful when buying from anyone and always specify to a sales agent that you are seeking RAM your computer make and model (ie Dell Dimension 5150) instead of using the specs for the RAM. I have seen many many people pick the wrong spec and get stuck whereas if you let the memory vendor tell you what to use and they are wrong, you get to swap for free.

Try Best Buy and Radio Shack. Just be careful when installing the ram, so you don't fry the memory stick. Also make sure your computer can support to extra memory, some motherboards, can only handle so much.
