Its not where it is when. You have to know your cycle. If your cycle runs every 28 days, then your most fertile day is going to be on the 14th day. So on and so forth. When I wanted to conceive my second child I counted the days and had sex on my most fertile day, I also tipped my bottom part upwards a little after we were done to help the little swimmers. Just make sure you dont tip to much, you want the egg in the uterus not the cervix. Just make sure too that wherever you decide to have sex and get pregnant that your not too embarressed to share with your child should they ask. good luck hope it works.

Well China has the largest population...lol but seriously where isn't as important as WHEN they have tests you can buy at the store to see when you're ovulating (near the pregnancy tests)
