Map Quest will give you an estimated driving time. The hardest part of your question is how long will it take you to get out of Chicago. Depending on where your starting point is can really make a difference especially on a holiday weekend. Once out of Chicago proper (beyond the last toll) it should not take anymore than 90 minutes to get to Milwaukee/Whitefish Bay. Then add some time to get to your actual final destination.
