I could not stop because I was in the middle of a long race and kept pulling and pulling. Please give some remedies, thanks!

Lol welcome to karting!! This is very normal, karting is hard on the arm muscles. I use Advil for my karting aches, works quite well. It should be much better in a day or two. By the way, if you ever decide to try it again, remember that the kart turns much easier if you stay on the throttle through the turns.

Stretch the tight muscles and use ice. If you can take NSAID's (over the counter anti-inflammatories, such as Advil or Motrin (otherwise known as ibuprofen)), take as directed on the bottle. If it is not better in a day or two, go see your doc.

Take Motrin or another anti-inflamatory, and ice. Sometimes its good to use ice for 15 mins, then heat for 15 and keep switching. You may have done damage to it other than pulling it. Something may have torn. Keep babying it til Monday then see a doc.
